We are writing to inform you of important changes to our shipping policies to the United States, effective immediately as of April 24, 2025.

Due to the new U.S. tariff regulations effective April 2025, we are facing significant changes in international trade conditions. These new policies will have major implications for all shipments from China to the U.S.:

- All international shipments will incur import duties of up to 145%.  (Final tariff rates subject to actual customs policies)

- Your local customs authority may reach out to you for payment of these duties before delivery.

- Under international trade laws, these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Despite our continuous efforts to maintain a stable supply and pricing, the escalating U.S. tariffs have forced our logistics partners to suspend all shipments to the U.S. As a result, we will temporarily disable ordering for U.S. customers, while orders to other countries remain unaffected.

This difficult decision was made to protect our customers from unexpected tariff burdens and prevent potential package rejections or delays due to additional fees. Please know that this is not a measure against U.S. customers but rather an effort to minimize financial risks on your end.

We deeply regret any frustration this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our team is closely monitoring U.S. trade policy developments and remains hopeful for more favorable conditions in the near future.
